These Hollywood celebrities have set major friendship goals for us
On Friendship Day, we look at real-life friendships that have bloomed and stayed strong between some of the biggest Hollywood stars
Hollywood might be infamous for its fickle relationships, but there are some friendships that have survived, despite the odds. From Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox to Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, we look at celebrities who have remained friends over the years.
Beyoncé and Gwyneth Paltrow
Paltrow and Beyoncé apparently hit it off when they met at an event in New York, USA. The two are vocal about how much they admire each other. The friendship, it seems, has trickled down to the next generation too — Gwyneth recently posted a picture of her daughter Apple celebrating her birthday with Blue Ivy Carter (Beyoncés kid).
Matt Damon and Ben Affleck
The two are childhood buddies, but their friendship came into the spotlight with their professional collaboration, Good Will Hunting (1997), that won them several awards. On June 8, in honour of National Best Friends Day, Affleck posted a throwback collage of the two.
Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid
Hadid and Jenner’s friendship is photoshop perfect. What’s more, they are related in “a weird way” too, to quote Hadid. The two girls have always been there for each other. Recently, when Gigi and her boyfriend Zayn Malik were going through a rough patch, Kendall was the first person to offer Gigi a shoulder to cry on.
