Nicolas Cage reportedly hired a voodoo priestess to remove a curse on the New York City set of his movie, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, after two car accidents in two days left crew members and bystanders injured.

In the first crash a stuntman lost control of a Ferrari and hit two pedestrians on the pavement and then just a couple of days later, an SUV struck a parked car which injured nine crew members.

A source on th set told National Enquirer: “Everyone was shocked when the voodoo woman arrived on the set. She was wearing a long black and purple dress had long stringy hair - and carried a broom. She sprinkled ‘Voodoo Dust’ on the pavement as she chanted weird phrases to frighten bad spirits.”

And since the ‘Voodoo Dust’ was spread there haven’t been any more accidents. Good for you Cage!
