"We have not given any clean chit to anyone. There are many servants who have come and gone in Talwars' house and many who have come and gone as replacements," Noida Senior Superintendent of Police Satish Ganesh told reporters on Monday night after a high-level meeting to review the progress in the case.

The body of Aarushi Talwar, daughter of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, both dentists, was found in the bedroom of their house on Friday morning and immediately police suspected the hand of Hemraj, their domestic help, in the murder. A day later the body of Hemraj was found on the terrace of the house.

While no one has been arrested, the suspects include Vishnu, the former help who had introduced murdered Hemraj to the family.

Ganesh said that there are a number of people who were being questioned. Seven or eight people, who has worked for the Talwar household, were being questioned, he said.
