According to reports, Akshay was promised the best actor award by organisers, but got a shock of his life when the award went to Hrithik Roshan. Akshay had reportedly prepared a winning speech too.

But the Khiladi Kumar in his inimitable style was polished in venting his ire. He dedicated the award to arch rival Aamir Khan.
