Secova merges with UltraLink

Secova e-Services has merged with California-based UltraLink, a HR and Management Services provider.

Secova e-Services Ltd on Wednesday announced that it has merged with California-based UltraLink, a Human Resource and Management Services provider, to offer a broader range of HR and administrative services to clients.

Both the companies together had about 50 clients before the merger, Venkat Tadani, co-founder and CEO of Secova said.

The merged entity would recruit about 70 to 80 people in one year for the Indian operations.

"Through this combined entity, Secova and UltraLink will be able to provide a broader range of HR and employee benefits administration services," Tadani said.

The combined entity's headquarters will remain in Costa Mesa, California, with additional centres in Chennai and Brick, New Jersey.
