Srinagar blasts: Police arrest nine terrorists

The terrorists were arrested while they were travelling in a minibus from Srinagar to Ajas Bandipura.

Jammu and Kashmir police on Saturday said they have arrested nine terrorists responsible for Friday's serial blasts in Srinagar which claimed five lives and rendered 35 others injured.

The terrorists were arrested while they were travelling in a minibus from Srinagar to Ajas Bandipura, Director General of Police Gopal Sharma told reporters in Srinagar.

Following the Bohri Kadal blast last evening, Srinagar police collected some vital clues leading to the identity of the terrorists, he said.

Huge quantity of arms and ammunition were recovered from the terrorists.
