General manager of Gurgaon depot, Yashender Singh, said 140 buses left for other cities as per schedule. He said three employees were absent and those in reserve replaced them.

Some striking employees from other towns came to Gurgaon to seek support from their colleagues, but when they were shown the orders of the district court restricting any demonstration, they returned peacefully.

The court issued an order on Tuesday restraining the roadways’ staff from holding demonstration within 200 meters from the depot.
