VP, Babbar in city today

FORMER PRIME Minister Vishwanath Pratap Singh and Jan Morcha chief and MP Raj Babbar will arrive in the city on Monday.
According to a press release issued by Hriday Narayan Shukla, State vice-president of the Kisan Manch, besides participating in various programmes, VP Singh, who is the president of the Kisan Manch, will also visit his ancestral house here.
Singh is reaching Allahabad by Prayagraj Express on Monday. Activists of the Kisan Manch and Jan Morcha will reach Allahabad Junction to accord a warm welcome to him.
President of the Jan Morcha Raj Babbar will be the chief guest at the workers’ conference of the Allahabad Vikas Manch (AVM) being held at Chaurasia Dharmashala, Himmatganj on Monday. The conference will be inaugurated by convenor of Jan Dal Vinod Singh and presided over by AVM president Badri Chaurasia. Student leaders Rajesh Singh and Suresh Yadav will also participate in the conference.
Chaurasia made it clear in a letter addressed to AVM workers and leaders, that his organisation had decided to associate with the outfit led by Raj Babbar and backed by VP Singh.
