Want to strengthen your inner thighs? Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor's Pilates coach took to Instagram to share three easy and effective exercises for the inner thighs that you can easily do at home.

While working out, one part of our body gets neglected more than any other part - our inner thighs. However, focusing on strengthening and sculpting the interior part of our upper legs is easy and can be done with a few simple exercises. After all, doing so is necessary because these muscles help us move our legs inwards, provide support during walks and runs, stabilize the pelvis, and strengthen the knees and overall lower body. So, if you are looking for a guide to help you do the same, we have found it for you. Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor's Pilates coach Namrata Purohit posted a video suggesting easy and effective exercises for the inner thighs. Scroll ahead to know all about them.

On Monday, Namrata shared a reel on her Instagram page where she talked about our inner thighs getting neglected during training sessions. The celebrity Pilates instructor suggested three simple workouts with the number of reps (repetitions) to solve the same. She wrote, "Work those inner thighs...often neglected during a workout, these muscles are also important to work!! try these and tell me how it goes." The exercises mentioned in her video are Sumo Squat With Calf Raises (20-30 reps), Sitting Inner Thigh Arm Squeeze (20 reps), and Side-Lying Inner Thigh Raise (20 each leg).
