Benefits of coconut and lime

The chef mentioned the benefits of these two hero ingredients of the drink, calling them a perfect combination, “Coconut water body ko hydrate rakhta hai, aur lime usmein ek fresh flavour le aata hai.” [Coconut water keeps the body hydrated, while lime adds a fresh flavour to it].
According to Healthline, coconut's nutritional properties include high antioxidant content, fibre, and low carbs. Coconut also helps balance electrolytes. Lime, on the other hand, is high in vitamin C and is also a good source of antioxidants, which help improve the skin's glow.
