According to the BJP leader, the Opposition, especially the Congress, are now targeting the functioning of EVMs as they are aware the NDA will again form the government.
“Even the EC has said on numerous occasions that the EVMs are tamper-proof. If you [Congress] win in three states, then the EVMs are fine and if you lose, the EVMs are faulty,” said Singh.
“Our saffron alliance [BJP-Sena] will continue even in the future, and no power in the world can beat our challenge. Even NCP Chief Sharad Pawar has accepted the defeat and had to forge an alliance with the Congress,” said Singh.
Picking on Congress president Rahul Gandhi, Singh said Gandhi has always been busy spreading baseless allegations and all ex-PMs — Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi—have been trying to eradicate poverty, but have never succeeded.
