Saina, Jwala & Ashwini enter all England second round

Saina Nehwal entered the second round of the women's singles event at the All England Badminton Championships on Wednesday defeating Thailand’s Sapsiree Taerattanachai.
World No.4 Saina had to dig deep against the qualifier before completing a 21-11, 13-21, 21-13 win in 58 minutes.
Ashwini Ponnappa and Jwala Gutta won their women's doubles opening round match beating Indonesian duo of Anneke Feinya Agustin and Nitya Krishinda Maheshwari 21-16, 21-16. It was heartbreak for mixed doubles pair V Diju and Gutta, who lost to Chan Peng Soon and Goh Liu Ying of Malaysia 14-21, 12-21.
Top seed in women’s singles, Wang Yihan of China and two-time champion Denmark’s Tune Baun also comfortably made it to the second round.
