CCTV footage, on the basis of which the sketch was done, showed the suspect moving at a blast site. Witnesses said they detected suspicious movements of a person wearing a monk's robe and a mask.

The police have also recovered a bag containing a dress worn by monks and the identity card of a person who said he had lost it a few days before the blasts. "NIA solicits the co-operation and assistance of the general public," the NIA notice read.
