A 30-feet tri-coloured hot air balloon installation made of Balloons to celebrate Republic Day. The installation is created by International Balloon Artist Fiona Fischer. She has been one of the world’s most renowned balloon artists for 18 years and has travelled the world installing large scale balloon decor and teaching her skills at balloon conventions and events.
