Photos: In India, 8 states comprise 90% of active Covid-19 cases
Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Karnataka and Telangana are among the eight states in India that account for about 90% of the country’s active Covid-19 cases. On July 9, the Group of Ministers (GoM) held its 18th meeting under the chairpersonship of Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan on the current Covid-19 status in India. The GoM was informed about this and also that 8o% of the active cases have been reported from 49 districts.
