Landslides, flash floods hit Himachal, Uttarakhand| Devastation in pics

Over 20 people have been killed and several are missing as heavy rain causes flash floods and landslides in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Tourists are locals are stranded as several trains have also been cancelled. In Uttarakhand, a series of cloudbursts have hit different parts of the state.
