Anxiety is a condition where a person has intense worry and fear of everyday things, leading to rapid heartbeat, faster breathing and sweating. Anxiety can have a lot of causes. Addressing anxiety without looking for the root causes is just touching the tip of the iceberg. In order to heal someone with anxiety, we need to understand what is causing it.
