85 violators on average arrested daily during lockdown

A nationwide lockdown was imposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from March 24. However, the Uttar Pradesh government had already announced to impose a three-day lockdown from March 23, which was subsequently merged with the nationwide lockdown.

Pregnant woman dies in ambulance after running between hospitals for 13 hours

Neelam, 30, and her husband Vijender Singh, 30, knocked the doors of eight hospitals, including government ones, before she died in the ambulance outside a facility in Greater Noida on Friday, the family told PTI.

Covid-19: Gautam Buddh Nagar to allow doctors, paramedics travel between sealed Delhi and Noida

According to the clarification issued by GB Nagar district magistrate, doctors and paramedics who have been issued Covid-19 duty passes by the Centre, the Delhi government or Uttar Pradesh governments will be allowed through the Delhi-Noida border.
