SC sets aside HC order on Ashok Khemka’s appraisal report
HC had on March 18, 2019, ordered that the remarks recorded and grading done by the CM as accepting authority were liable to be expunged and set aside. Also, the court said the grading of 9.92 given by the minister as the reviewing authority is restored. The HC order was challenged by the state government in the SC.

Jhajjar to be the fifth police commissionerate in Haryana: Khattar
Haryana chief minister ML Khattar on Tuesday announced that a police commissionerate will be set up in Jhajjar. Jhajjar would be the fifth police commissionerate in the state after Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonepat (all in the national capital region) and Panchkula. The state government had in 2016 taken out Ambala from the Ambala-Panchkula Commissionerate.
