Kishwar Merchant doesn’t regret walking out of Bigg Boss 9 with Rs 15 lakh on Friday but believes she was put in an unfair situation where she was essentially forced out of the show. The actor says that she so long believed that she was a strong contender to win the show this season. But after coming out of the house she learnt a lot of secrets and now feels that she wouldn’t have won the show. “I really hope Prince (Narula) wins this season. However, after coming out of the house, I have been hearing a lot of things. So, I won’t be surprised if Rochelle (Rao) or Keith (Sequeira) wins,” says Kishwar, who entered the reality show with her boyfriend Suyyash Rai.

Kishwar doesn’t hesitate calling a spade a spade and was often seen picking up fights with co-contestants Mandana Karimi, Rochelle and Priya Malik. “I never started the fights. I used to react on the face. My friends from the industry know me and they congratulated me for being real on the show.,” says Kishwar, who finds wild card entrants, Rishabh Sinha and Priya Malik, the most manipulative of the lot.

Kishwar was pitted against Prince for the ‘ticket to finale’ task. However, she chose to walk out of the house with the money, thus making Prince the first contestant to reach the finale. “We were left with no choice. It was unfair. Both Prince and I have been participating in all the tasks and were strong contenders. I chose Prince over me because I thought he has already won two reality shows and has a good fan following. I felt he had better chances of winning the show. Also, I considered him to be my brother,” says Kishwar, who made her television debut with Hip Hip Hurray.

The actress also says that she made a sacrifice for Prince. “When Aman Verma and I entered the show, one of us was asked to sacrifice his or her bag. I decided to leave my bag and for two weeks I wore Aman’s clothes. I also sacrificed my captaincy to Mandana on the show. And once again sacrificed this time,” she says.

Both Suyyash (who has already been evicted) and Kishwar also admit that they have come out as a strong couple. Ask her about Rochelle and Keith’s bond, and she says, “I watched a few episodes after coming out of the show and I noticed that Rochelle used to shout at Keith and he always apologised. The way she treats Keith is not right. People say that Suyyash is my pet, but actually it’s Keith who is Rochelle’s pet.”

Kishwar also says that she will keep in touch with all the contestants on the show barring Aman Verma. “He wrote bad things about me and Suyyash on Twitter. I thought whatever happened inside the house will not be discussed outside,” she said.

And yes, SuKish (as the couple is popular known among their fans) wedding too is on the cards and Kishwar says that they will announce the date after the final episode of the show.
