A temple in Pratapgarh in Rajasthan is issuing 'paap mukti' or sin free certificates to devotees for just Rs.11. To redeem their 'sins', people take a dip in temple's Mandakini Kund before temple priests issue the certificate. Priest Nandkishore Sharma said people ostracised in their villages come there to take a dip and go back with 'paap-mukti' certificates.
