Delhi University cut-offs likely to be lower this year

Cut-offs for getting admission into colleges at Delhi University are likely to be lower this year, after 23 states and union territories agreed to not inflate marks for class 12 board exams. Tamil Nadu state board wrote to the government saying it gives grace marks only in borderline cases but will publish the marking policy on the website once it has been decided.
