Mehdi Hassan passes away

Pakistan's Ghazal Maestro Mehdi Hassan passed away today in Karachi after prolonged illness. The 84 year old legendry singer was suffering from multiple lung, chest and urinary tract ailments. Hassan tried different styles of music and due to his remarkable commercial and artistic success he was titled ShahenShah-e-Ghazal. His famous renditions include Ab Ke Bichde, Main Hosh Mein Tha To Phir, and Zindagi Mein To Sabhi.
