Beyonce stole the show as she ended the night with a nearly 20-minute performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. The diva kissed her daughter and husband Jay Z as she accepted the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award, the VMA's version of a lifetime achievement award. Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift also pumped up the act with their performances.
