The women, who had previously been associated with Left-Wing Extremism, showcased handloom clothing at an event highlighting India's rich textile heritage and the importance of traditional weavers and artisans. Their appearance on the ramp marked a striking transformation in their lives, from living amid conflict in the forests of Bastar to participating in a public cultural event.
