Watch: Heavy snowfall in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand; normal life hit

Parts of North India received snowfall on Wednesday. Kalpa in Himachal Pradesh's Kinnaur witnessed snow. State capital Shimla also received season's heaviest snowfall. The snowfall snapped internal road links and disrupted water and power supply.
