ISRO’s GSAT-6A set for launch today: Watch the preparations

The Indian Space Research Organisation, ISRO, is all set to launch its communication satellite GSAT-6A on March 29. The rocket is scheduled for take-off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota at 4:56pm. The 27-hour countdown for the lift-off began at 1:56 pm on March 28. The satellite will be put into orbit around 17 minutes after the liftoff. A key feature of the satellite is to provide mobile communication to India through multi-beam coverage facility.
