Abhay Kumar releases 'Candling the Light'

A diplomat, author, an artist and now a poet, for the vibrant Abhay Kumar, writing his own verse of poems was an amalgamation of enlightenment and self-loving. An Under Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, Kumar has come out with another book of poem, titled 'Candling the Light'.
