Akhilesh is the boss: Mulayam

Samajwadi party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav today made clear that although he was leading the party, the person in the helm was his son, Akhilesh Yadav. He said that taking any decision regarding any matter is the prerogative of the chief minister.
