Bangalore blast a terror attack: Karnataka home minister

Karnataka home minister R Ashok has confirmed that the blast that took place just a few meters away from the BJP office at Malleswaram in Bangalore on Wednesday, leaving 15 injured, was a terror attack carried out by the use of an improvised explosive Device (IED).
