BJP meets President over coal scam

In a bid to maintain the pressure on the central government over the coal block allocations scam, senior BJP leaders on Wednesday met President Pranab Mukherjee and submitted a memorandum on the issue. Speaking to reporters after the meeting, BJP leader LK Advani said that it was unfortunate that the Congress was deriding constitutional bodies like the CAG.
