BSF seized thirty-one kilograms of heroin in Punjab

The Border Security Force (BSF) seized 31 kilograms of heroin from Amritsar bordering Pakistan, officials said on Saturday. The border guards found the drug during a routine search near a BSF check post along the banks of the Ravi River. Mohammad Aquil, Deputy Inspector General of BSF said that a packet of heroin has markings of the Pakistan-based Mohamand agency.
