Cauvery row: TN files contempt petition against K'taka in SC

The row over sharing Cauvery river water has taken a new turn as Tamil Nadu filed a contempt petition against Karnataka. The decision to file the petition has been taken as Karnataka has stopped releasing Cauvery water defying Supreme Court's order.
