CBI crosses first hurdle in the quattrocchi extradition case

The CBI has managed to cross the first hurdle in its attempt to get Italian businessman and Bofors accused Ottavio Quattrocchi extradited from Argentina. The basis for their claim to extradite Quattrocchi has been declared up to the mark. The team handed over the 250-page long dossier to the Argentine foreign office. The papers are on their way to the lower court of El Dorado in Misiones.
