Centre to reply on Sachin's RS nomination

In response to the plea against cricket maestro Sachin Tendulkar's Rajya Sabha nomination, the Delhi high court on Wednesday issued a notice to the center on PIL, to reply by July 5 on the same. The petitioner RK Kapoor had earlier challenged the nomination on the ground that Sachin was not entitled to a nomination, as Article 80 did not specifically mention a sports category.
