Chidambaram to reply to EC's notice

Union Home Minister P Chidambaram will reply to the Election Commission's notice on Monday for allegedly offering poll sops during his Rajasthan visit for a security review. On Sunday, the Election Commission issued a notice to Chidambaram for violating the Model Code of Conduct.
