Cong, BJP offered issue-based support: Kejriwal

After AAP meeting with its senior MLAs on Tuesday, Arvind Kejriwal said that both Congress and BJP offered issue-based support to the party without asking. He said that following the same, AAP put forth its conditions, regarding which Congress wrote back an unsure answer and BJP didn't gave it much importance to answer.
