Congress claims enough support to form Govt in Haryana

Congress Party claims to have completed the number deficit by garnering 'unconditional support' of seven independent Members of the Legislative Assembly in Haryana. Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda's residence on Thursday was chock-a-block with congress party leaders and workers who were greeting each other with the prospect of ruling the state for the second consecutive term.
