Congress has failed to implement its foreign policy: BJP

Slamming the ruling government on its failure to prevent frequent Chinese incursions and its misuse and abuse of CBI to fulfill its political gains, BJP leader, Prakash Javadekar on Sunday said that the Congress has failed to implement its foreign policy and to prove its point to China.
