Congress is not a charitable organization: Subramanian Swamy

After making his stance clear about filing a plea before the Election Commission of India seeking de-recognition of the Congress party for giving an unsecured loan of Rs 90 crore to Associated Journals, Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy on Saturday said that Congress is not a charitable party therefore they should utilize their funds entirely for the party only.
