Congress’s take on poverty line underestimates poverty in India: Nitish

Even as Congress leaders Rasheed Masood and Raj Babbar have been slammed by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for their remarks of getting meals at Rs 5 and Rs 12 in Delhi and Mumbai respectively, Bihar CM, Nitish Kumar on Thursday said it was mere underestimating poverty in India.
