Conwoman held for posing as Sheila Dikshit’s daughter-in-law

A woman named Shikha Bhatia was arrested by Delhi police when she tried to fool a diamond merchant by posing as Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit's daughter-in-law Mona Dikshit.
