Denied ticket, UP minister resigns from Maya cabinet

Upset on denial of BSP ticket for UP assembly polls, Uttar Pradesh minister Daddan Mishra has resigned from Mayawti's cabinet. UP Chief Minister Mayawati had sacked four ministers on the corruption charges. So far at least 20 Ministers from Maya's cabinet have resigned, most of who are facing corruption charges with three of them being probed by the Lokayukta.
