'Developed nations not set for complete Copenhagen outcome'

While speaking at the press conference on Wednesday, a day before Prime Minister Manmohan Singh leaves for a two-day visit to Copenhagen, India's Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said that the developed countries are not prepared for a comprehensive outcome at the Copenhagen conference on climate change. Rao added that the BASIC coalition comprising Brazil, South Africa, India and China was already looking beyond Copenhagen.
