Election Commission rejects Mulayams vote

The Election Commission today rejected Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav's vote in the Presidential poll. The decision came after objection was raised by some leaders over Yadav getting a second ballot paper after tearing his first ballot.
