Fast unto death launched for inner line permit

FRIENDS advisor K Birahari on Saturday started an indefinite fast demanding enforcement of Inner Line Permit (ILP) system in Manipur even as various civil organizations joined hands with FRIENDS in pressing the government for the enforcement of the system in the state.
