Food Safety Bill must be reformed: Dairy president

The president of High Tech Dairy Association, Randheer Dingh Reddu, says that along with the reformation in Food Security Bill, the farmers should be provided loans at the interest rate of 4% for the production of milk. He also said that a minimum support price should be fixed for milk.
