Former CBI chief says government runs CBI, draws flak

The allegation made by former CBI chief, Uma Shankar Mishra that the government exerts pressure on the investigative agency has invited fresh scrutiny from all walks of political fraternity. Samajwadi Party Leader, Naresh Agarwal criticized Mishra for making the allegation, years after he stepped down from the post.
