Four Kanwariyas die, two injured in Haridwar

Four Kanwariyas died while two were seriously injured after they were hit by a speedy truck in Haridwar. There were no special arrangements by the police to counter any emergency even tough this is the season for Kanwariyas to visit Haridwar to take water of River Ganga.
