Good looking girlfriends to blame for road accidents: Raman

Chhattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh has stirred up a fresh controversy by blaming "girlfriends, bikes and mobile phones" for the rising cases of road accidents in the state. He was adressing a seminar on 'Road Safety' at a medical institute, in Raipur.
